- The promotional price requires a new SIM and plan purchase with auto-renewal; the standard price applies afterwards. The data allowance includes a 5GB bonus that requires auto-renewal from activation; without it the plan has 25GB. Roaming data covers the EU, Ukraine and Moldova, and EU/EEA calls and texts use the domestic allowance. Calls to Lyca Mobile numbers in Poland and Romania are unlimited. Calls are capped at two hours each, and calls and texts can go to at most 99 different recipients.
